Barada Team

On Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at the Rushville Elks Lodge, Rush County Chamber of Commerce President Paul Barada presided over his final event for the organization. Paul, who has been involved with the Chamber in some capacity for more than 35 years, is retiring from the position of President at the end of 2015. He first became a leader for the Rush County Chamber of Commerce in 1979, when he began working there as Executive Director. At the time, Paul and his staff were working to persuade Sidney, Ohio-based Copeland Corporation to locate a new remanufacturing plant to Rushville—and they succeeded.

Paul’s triumphs at the Chamber cemented his reputation as a beloved civic leader in Rushville and Rush County, and his efforts with Copeland, specifically, were the impetus for founding Barada Associates. Thanks for a job well done, Paul!
