Barada Online securely captures the candidate’s identification data from the hiring system, usually an HRIS or ATS, and then uses that information to execute a background check. Then, Barada Online securely sends the results of the background check to the system requesting it. The API protects the confidentiality of the applicant-specific data as it securely moves between systems. This seamless integration allows all the parties involved in the hiring process to see the results of the various actions taken since the candidate applied.
