At Barada Associates, we all take pleasure in becoming engaged in community activities. Barada Associates’ Director of Operations, Kelley Carter, is no exception. She and her husband Bruce are actively involved with the American Heart Association, working to build awareness within other companies about the dangers and risks of strokes and heart attacks.
Bruce also serves on the Executive Leadership Team for the 2016 Indianapolis Heart Ball. The 2016 event, sponsored by the American Heart Association and the American Stroke Association, will be held May 21, 2016 at the Westin Hotel in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Heart Ball, which Bruce and Kelley will also attend, is a black-tie event that celebrates the life-saving work of both associations in our community. The event is repeated across the country, as community and philanthropic leaders come together to fund life-saving research and prevention programs. Last year, the Heart Ball campaign raised more than $71 million nationwide.
