Jack Osborne is a retired FBI Supervisory Special Agent (3/31/02) who served over 28 years as an FBI Special Agent in three (3) Field Divisions; Dallas, Texas, New York City and here in Indianapolis since 1981.  Jack was an FBI Firearms and Defensive Tactics Instructor, Police Instructor, Crisis Management Coordinator, SWAT Operator, Rappel Master and SWAT Team Leader.  Jack grew up on a farm in Rush County, Indiana, receiving his bachelor’s degree from American University in WDC in 1973.  Jack served in the U.S. Army (1966-69) as a Paratrooper and Ranger in Vietnam, with the 173rd Airborne Brigade, and is a wounded Combat Veteran.  Jack is currently chairman of the Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI – Indiana Chapter, and works part-time as a Private Investigator / Security Consultant as president of OCIS – Osborne Consulting Investigative Services.  Jack has served as a contract NFL Security Representative for Indianapolis since March, 2005.
